GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - A 49-year-old Gulfport man is set for sentencing Monday on a federal charge of possession of child pornography.

Timothy Winfred Miller pleaded guilty to the charge in February and was set for sentencing Friday. A judge moved the sentencing on a request from Miller’s attorney.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1EG332b) a federal grand jury indicted Miller in January on one count each of possession and distribution of child pornography. The distribution charge was dropped in exchange for his plea.

Miller is facing a maximum prison term of 10 years and a fine of up to $250,000.

He remains in custody in Hancock County.
