EAST MEADOW, N.Y. (AP) - Police have arrested a 53-year-old man in the death of a woman who was found dead in her Long Island home last month.
Hector Bejarano (Bay-ha-RAH’-noh) was arrested Thursday in the April 28 death of 52-year-old Mirian Bejarano in her home in East Meadow.
Hector Bejarano was awaiting arraignment Thursday on a charge of second-degree murder.
No information was available on an attorney for Bejarano who could comment on the charge.
