NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Titans have hired Jimmy Stanton as vice president of communications and promoted three others in their front office.

The Titans announced the hiring Thursday.

Stanton will oversee digital media, media relations, community relations, broadcasting and production and is expected to join the team in June. He has worked the last six years at the University of Tennessee where he currently is senior associate athletics director for communications. He also has worked at the University of Kentucky, the Houston Astros and worked in media relations for the Titans in 1999 and 2000.

The Titans also promoted Ralph Ockenfels to vice president of marketing and broadcast and digital rights with Gary Glenn now senior director of digital media. Robbie Bohren now is senior director of media relations.
