DIAMOND BAR, Calif. (AP) - Traffic is backed up for miles at the scene of a freeway crash involving two big rigs in eastern Los Angeles County that left one driver seriously injured.

The California Highway Patrol says one of the semi-trucks was apparently stalled on eastbound State Route 60 when it was rear-ended by the second truck at about 1:20 a.m. Friday in Diamond Bar.

The driver of the second truck suffered major injuries.

The CHP says only the left two lanes are open. The remaining lanes are expected to remain closed until about 9 a.m.
