NASHUA, N.H. (AP) - A house fire has displaced a family in Nashua.

The fire broke out on the second floor of the home Friday afternoon. Firefighters had it under control within a half hour.

They say one of the occupants was taken to the hospital with non- life-threatening injuries likely related to the stress of the fire.

A dog and two cats were safely removed from the building.

The family of two adults and three children will be staying with relatives.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
