BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Mandan police have identified the man whose body was discovered in a residential bay in the Lakewood area.
Police say the body of 30-year-old Justin Gerou of Bismarck was found floating in the water Wednesday morning by maintenance workers.
Mandan Police Lt. Lori Flaten says the cause of death remains under investigation. She says there was no trauma to the body and police are awaiting toxicology results.
Flaten says Gerou’s last known whereabouts was on May 2 when he was released from the Burleigh County Jail.
