NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey Transit has resumed service on the Atlantic City Rail Line between Philadelphia and Cherry Hill.
Trains started running again Friday beginning with the 4:33 a.m. departure from Atlantic City and the 5:37 a.m. train from Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station.
Service had been suspended after Tuesday night’s fatal crash of an Amtrak train in northeast Philadelphia.
