DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (AP) - Authorities say a body has been pulled from Little Detroit Lake in northwestern Minnesota after a local pilot and a police investigator spotted it from a plane.

Becker County Sheriff Todd Glander says the body was discovered about 200 yards from shore in six feet of water late Friday afternoon.

According to KFGO-AM (https://bit.ly/1Fqk8CR ), Glander says the body is believed to be that of a Detroit Lakes man who had been missing for almost a week.

He says there’s no evidence of a crime associated with the death, but the body was sent to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner in St. Paul.
