SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - Federal and local authorities are searching for a man who allegedly robbed a Santa Fe bank at gunpoint.

FBI spokesman Frank Fisher says the suspect walked into Century Bank on Friday around 4 p.m. and showed a handgun to an employee.

The suspect then allegedly jumped on a counter, opened a teller drawer and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing.

Witnesses say he was Hispanic, in his 20s and around 5-foot-4.

He was wearing glasses, a black hooded jacket, blue jeans and dark blue or black shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI.

The agency is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
