CHICAGO (AP) - Police in Chicago say four teenage boys have been charged with attempted sexual assault in connection with a March 23 incident in a locker room at a Catholic high school.

The teens were arrested Saturday and later released to their parents or guardians. They were charged as juveniles.

Chicago Police spokeswoman Janel Sedevic says an 18-year-old male victim reported a group of male juveniles attacked him in a locker room at St. Francis de Sales High School in Chicago.

The school earlier had suspended 12 students in connection with the incident. The school characterized the incident at the time as bullying.
