MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minneapolis police are investigating a fatal shooting and a fatal stabbing.
Police said Sunday that a man who was stabbed in the neck Friday has died. Some people walking by saw the bleeding and unconscious man Friday night and called police.
In a separate incident, Minneapolis police say they responded to a report from someone who heard shots fired at 2 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived they found a man with apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No one is in custody for either crime. The medical examiner has not yet released the victims’ identities.
