NEW LONDON, Conn. (AP) - The White House says President Barack Obama will give the keynote address at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy commencement exercises this week.
Obama travels to New London on Wednesday.
The White House says he arrives and departs on Air Force One.
His remarks will be closed to the public.
