GOP Sen. Brown says no re-election bid

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) - State Sen. Dave Brown says he won’t seek a third term in the Minnesota Senate next year.

Brown is a Republican from Becker.

The St. Cloud Times reports (https://on.sctimes.com/1dfGYAR ) that Brown, an insurance agent, said his private job is demanding more of his time.

Democrats currently control the Senate by 11 seats.
