STORM LAKE, Iowa (AP) - A 26-year-old Storm Lake woman has been accused of lying to get financial aid for housing.

Online court records say Tenia Lane-Calhoun was arrested last week on a charge of fraudulent practice. The Storm Lake Police Department says in a news release that Lane-Calhoun provided false information to a housing agency. The department says that resulted in Lane-Calhoun getting $9,000 in aid from August 2013 through February 2015.

Online court records don’t list the name of an attorney who could be contacted to comment on Lane-Calhoun’s behalf.
