HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. (AP) - A suburban Philadelphia high school will open on time days after a man was killed when he crashed into the building.

Officials say Lower Moreland High School has had its water and electric service restored and the school will open on schedule Monday.

Police say a truck went through the wall of the high school and ended up in the boiler room on Saturday afternoon. The truck’s driver, 32-year-old Filipe Andre Pinto Silva, was killed in the crash.

The crash caused a disruption in the cafeteria. But officials hope to have that back to normal by Wednesday.

Superintendent Marykay Feeley called it a “tragic accident.”

The accident remains under investigation.
