GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a Phoenix man who was one of two people killed in a three-car crash in Glendale.
Glendale police announced Monday that one of the victims of Sunday’s crash was 26-year-old Donte Caraway.
Police spokeswoman Tracey Breeden says the incident occurred near the intersection of Bethany Home Road and 81st Avenue.
Breeden says a vehicle crossed over into the opposite lane of traffic and collided head-on with another car that was then rear-ended by a third car.
Police say Caraway and a 5-year-old girl were killed and that multiple other people were had non-life threatening injuries.
The name of the girl hasn’t been released yet.
