DENVER (AP) - Prosecutors have charged three men in the shooting death of a 61-year-old man in his northwest Denver home.

The Denver District Attorney’s Office says 38-year-old Chad Baluska, 25-year-old Eric Fuhs and 28-year-old Derek Webb are facing charges of first-degree murder, felony murder, burglary and aggravated robbery. They are accused of going to Samuel Grady’s home, shooting him and stealing his wallet and truck May 6.

The Denver Post reports (https://goo.gl/AD7T3D ) Baluska was arrested while driving the truck May 7. Fuhs, Grady’s nephew, was arrested May 9, and Webb was arrested May 11.

Booking documents do not indicate if any of the men has hired an attorney.
