CORAM, N.Y. (AP) - Police say a Long Island woman has been arrested after firing rifle shots from her apartment balcony.
The shots went into a wooded area and nobody was hurt. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. Monday in Coram.
Suffolk County police say 26-year-old Suzanne Pesola faces charges of reckless endangerment and criminal contempt.
They say two rifles and ammunition have been recovered.
Information on her attorney was not immediately available.
