BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (AP) - A 23-year-old man has been arrested as authorities investigate the death of a woman who was found at a dog park in Black River Falls.

Sheriff’s officials say they received a 911 call about 11 a.m. Sunday about an unconscious person at the dog park. When rescue workers arrived, they found the person was dead.

Sheriff Duane Waldera tells WXOW-TV (https://bit.ly/1S15DsJ ) that the woman’s death is being considered a homicide, based on evidence at the scene and an autopsy done Monday.

The TV station reports a man from Black River Falls has been taken into custody, but that no information about charges against him was available.
