Arrest made in stabbing death of transgender woman

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police have charged a Philadelphia man with murder in the stabbing death of a transgender woman.

Thirty-one-year-old Raheam Felton also is charged with possession of an instrument of a crime.

Police tell The Philadelphia Inquirer (https://bit.ly/1GoSncK ) Felton got into an argument with 21-year-old London Banks.

Banks was found suffering from stab wounds on a sidewalk early Monday outside an abandoned house where she had been staying.

It’s not known if Felton has a lawyer.
