BREWSTER, Mass. (AP) - Officials in Cape Cod are hoping social media will help reunite a voter with dentures left behind at an area polling station.

The Boston Globe reports (https://bit.ly/1FziMG7 ) volunteer staff found the set of false teeth during a sweep of the voting booths at Tuesday’s town election in Brewster.

Brewster Media Services Coordinator J.P. Ludwig says he’s confident his efforts on the web will pay off since Brewster is a small town.

Ludwig says the teeth will be sent to Town Hall for safekeeping when the polls close at Brewster Baptist Church.

Ludwig hopes more Brewster residents will track issues in town through social media, even though many citizens are older.
