SEATTLE (AP) - Fire officials say a fire in a south Seattle house was intentionally set. Seattle police responded as well after a burglar alarm went off in the house.

KING-TV reports (https://is.gd/sriRAO ) that the front door was open when firefighters and police arrived Tuesday afternoon. The house was unoccupied.

The home owners arrived later and said they had not been living in the house during a remodeling project. Damage was estimated at $100,000.
