NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (AP) - A 34-year-old Hampton man has pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography and obstructing justice.
Edward David Herbert pleaded guilty in federal court in Newport News on Tuesday.
Herbert faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison when he’s sentenced. Court records say agents found a hard drive with more than 14,000 images of child pornography.
