BOSTON (AP) - Boston police say a young man riding a bicycle was killed when he was struck by one or both of the vehicles involved in a collision.

The victim, described as a teenager, was struck at about 10 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Talbot and New England streets in Dorchester.

His name was not made public.

Two adults involved were taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.

Police say one of the vehicles involved left the scene, but was later tracked down and the driver arrested.

Cheline Garcia tells the Boston Herald she was putting her kids to bed when she heard the impact. The medical assistant went outside and immediately started chest compressions on the boy. She said he had a pulse but was not breathing.
