JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A photographer is behind bars after being accused of video voyeurism involving a teenager.

The Florida Times-Union (https://bit.ly/1FpN8HU ) reports 42-year-old Mario Arthur Peralta III was arrested Monday after a parent complained to police about a photo shoot involving a 16-year-old girl.

Police say Peralta is accused of hiding a digital video camera in a dressing room after setting a session with the teen at his studio in Jacksonville Beach on Saturday. A police report says she was recorded dressing and undressing.

Peralta remained in jail on Thursday. His bond is set at $50,000.

Jail records don’t indicate whether he’s retained an attorney. A court date is set for June 10.
