WASHINGTON (AP) - Metro says riders using its trains should expect residual delays after a power problem affected three of its lines.

Metro says the problem began around 4 p.m. Thursday and affected the blue, orange and silver lines. Train service was temporarily suspended on portions of the lines, but Metro said full service was restored shortly before 5 p.m.
