FLORISSANT, Mo. (AP) - Police in the St. Louis suburb of Florissant, Missouri, say a man involved in a crash is charged with his 13th case of drunken driving.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/1K4KOqH) reports that 60-year-old Owen Tross of Florissant was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license. Both counts are felonies.

Tross was arrested in connection with a Florissant crash the previous day that caused no injuries.

Court records show that Tross’ most-recent DWI came with an October 2012 arrest in his hometown, and he was charged as a persistent offender. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to eight years in prison but was released after serving “shock incarceration.”

Online court records don’t show whether Tross has an attorney in his latest case.
