RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - A Cramerton house painter is hoping to trade in his buckets and rollers for a boat and some fishing gear after a win in an N.C. Education Lottery game.

James Anthony Jr. is the fourth and final winner in the $120 Million Cash scratch off game. Anthony scratched off the lucky $20 ticket after purchasing it at the Tobacco House #2 in Lowell on April 23. He won the $3 million top prize, and took home more than $1.2 million after state and federal taxes.

Anthony said he plans to buy a boat to start a deep sea fishing charter business, and buy a house and buy a car for his oldest daughter and each of his 18-year-old triplets.
