BURLINGTON, N.C. (AP) - Police in Burlington have obtained a warrant charging a Graham man with murder in a shooting death at a gas station earlier this week.
Lt. C.E. Gaddis said in a statement Thursday that officers are looking for 21-year-old Decarlos Barnes.
He’s charged with killing 26-year-old Willie Thompson, Jr., of Burlington early Wednesday.
Another man was wounded in the shooting.
Twenty-four-year-old Talisha Ann Harrison of Graham has been arrested and charged with accessory after the fact of first degree murder. She’s being held in the Alamance County jail. It was not clear if she has a lawyer.
Gaddis says the search for Barnes is continuing, as is the investigation.
