Titus had been charged in the death of 42-year-old Christopher Walls on Jan. 18, 2013.

Prosecutors say Walls was heading to work at Harlow’s Casino Resort &?Spa when he was shot in his right arm outside his home. Authorities say the bullet struck a main artery and Walls died of excessive bleeding at a local hospital.

Prosecutors say the shooting was the result of an earlier argument between the men.
