NYPD releases video of bike-riding thefts suspect

NEW YORK (AP) - The NYPD has released video of a bike rider accused of snatching valuables from at least 11 women in Manhattan.

Police say the incidents began on Feb. 2, when a woman had an iPhone yanked from her hand on Sixth Avenue.

WABC (https://7ny.tv/1dotva7 ) says the late-night crimes have occurred primarily in the Gramercy Park area.

The most recent theft took place on April 29 on East 17th Street. That time, he got the woman’s pocketbook.
