CHANDLER, Ariz. (AP) - An Arizona woman is facing charges after authorities say she took her friend’s Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office vehicle on a drunken, fast-food run.

KNXV-TV in Phoenix reports (https://goo.gl/Jni2r4) that recently released court documents say Gilbert police found 41-year-old Elizabeth Jean Moore with a blood-alcohol level was .11 in the deputy’s car. The legal limit is .08.

The Chandler resident was charged this week in connection with the alleged November 2 ride. She faces two counts of aggravated drunken driving.

Documents also say the deputy’s wife was in the front passenger seat and two 12-year-old girls were in the backseat. The wife told KNXV-TV that Moore turned the siren on for a Jack-in-the-Box drive-through worker.

Moore declined to comment.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Chris Hegstrom says an investigation took place and corrective action was taken.
