DURHAM, N.H. (AP) - Police say the driver of a car that collided with a school bus in Durham, New Hampshire, has suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. One of the 11 elementary school children aboard the bus was treated for a minor cut to the head.

The accident happened Friday morning on Route 108. Police said a woman who was driving a Toyota Prius was extricated from the vehicle. Her name was not released.

Police said the southbound car on Route 108 crossed into the path of the northbound bus.

The students were headed to Mast Way Elementary School in Lee.

The accident is under investigation.
