TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson residents will see a small increase in their water bill starting this summer.

Residential rates will increase by about $4 for the average customer starting on July 6.

The city council approved the water rate hike and changes to the way rates are calculated at a meeting on Tuesday.
