RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Gov. Terry McAuliffe will be the keynote speaker for the 59th Annual Commonwealth’s Memorial Day Ceremony in Richmond.

The ceremony also will include recognition of four Virginians who have been killed in action since Memorial Day 2014.

The free event will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Virginia War Memorial.

Also Monday, the 3rd Annual Never Forget Memorial Silent Run will begin at noon at the Siegel Center at Virginia Commonwealth University and will end at the memorial’s Shrine of Memory.

A free concert will be performed by the Thomas Jefferson High School Cadet Corps Alumni Band at 2 p.m. in the Shrine of Memory.
