SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - The New York State Fair has chosen a vendor for its first ever all-vegan and vegetarian stand.

Acting fair Director Troy Waffner says Syracuse’s Strong Hearts Cafe was chosen from among four proposals.

Strong Hearts says it will serve vegan fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner and create a new milkshake especially for the fair. The eatery also promises deep-fried vegan chicken wings.

The state fair runs from Aug. 27 to Sept. 7.
