TROY, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say an 82-year-old woman rescued from an arson fire at her upstate New York apartment building earlier this month has died.

Police in the City of Troy say Grace Halpin died recently at a hospital where she was being treated since fire on May 1. Officials say she suffered a heart attack during the early-morning blaze in a building where more than two dozen other people lived.

Investigators say gasoline was used to set the fire and a video shows three people running from the building as it burned.

Two firefighters entered the burning building and carried out Halpin.

No one has been arrested.

The fire was the 14th suspicious blaze fire in the city’s Lansingburgh section since July.
