Authorities release name of man found dead in gas station

AMHERST, Mass. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a man found dead in the bathroom of an Amherst gas station last weekend.

The Northwestern district attorney’s office on Monday identified the man found in the bathroom of the West Street Hess Express at 3 a.m. Saturday as 36-year-old Christopher Linehan, of Amherst.

The death remains under investigation although no foul play is suspected.

The state medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
