INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Authorities say a 3-year-old boy is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle outside The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.

According to Indianapolis police, the boy wandered into the street as he and his father were leaving the museum Monday afternoon. Police say the driver of the car that hit the boy had swerved to avoid him but lost control, later crashing into a tree.
