Father-in-law charged in shooting

WENTZVILLE, Mo. (AP) - A Missouri man is facing second-degree murder charges in the shooting death of his son-in-law.

KMOV-TV (https://bit.ly/1HIs7sP ) reports that 61-year-old Thomas McGovern is accused in the fatal shooting of 38-year-old Casey White early Monday in Wentzville.

Police say a gun was recovered at the shooting scene. A motive for the crime was not disclosed.

McGovern is jailed on $100,000 cash-only bond.
