NEW YORK (AP) - Police say a 53-year-old woman was killed in an auto collision in Queens that injured nine others, including seven children.
It happened just after 7 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Conduit Avenue and 130th Street.
Police say an SUV carrying seven children collided with a green Chrysler, sending it into the path of a truck. Police say a passenger in the Chrysler, 53-year-old Carmen Gonzalez of Greenbush, was killed and its driver was hospitalized in stable condition.
The driver of the SUV and the seven children were treated for minor injuries.
Police are still investigating the accident.
