BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. (AP) - Bullhead City police say a 37-year-old man was fatally shot after he refused to leave a residence and allegedly made a threatening move toward another man.

Police identified the man shot Monday as Austin Thomas Passons of Bullhead City.

According to police, witnesses said Passons started fighting with the son of 60-year-old Buff Kutschat, who then pointed a gun at Passons and told him to leave.

Witnesses told police that Kutschat shot Passons once in the stomach after Passons took a step toward Kutschat in what was described as “an aggressive manner.”

Police said the case remains under investigation and that no arrest has been made.
