Southbound I-19 reopens after closure due to brush fire

GREEN VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) - Southbound Interstate 19 has reopened in the Green Valley area after being closed due to a brush fire.

The state Department of Public Safety says the fire has been extinguished.

The closure near the Canoa Ranch rest area lasted about 90 minute Tuesday morning.
