ATLANTA (AP) - Eight Georgia Tech teams and two Georgia teams have earned perfect scores on the NCAA’s Academic Progress Report, and every team from the two schools made passing scores.

Georgia Tech teams posting perfect single-year APR scores of 1,000 for 2013-14: golf, men’s swimming, women’s swimming, men’s tennis, volleyball, women’s outdoor track, women’s indoor track, and women’s cross country.

Georgia’s gymnastics and women’s swimming and diving teams led the Southeastern Conference with their perfect scores. The Georgia men’s basketball team scored a 990 and Georgia Tech’s score was 989 for the second straight year on the tool used by the NCAA to measure the eligibility, retention and graduation of student-athletes.

Georgia Tech’s football team earned a multi-year APR score of 978; Georgia’s was 961.
