CHESTERFIELD, Va. (AP) - Chesterfield County police are investigating the drowning of a 9-year-old girl in a fitness club pool.
Police tell media outlets that the girl was found unresponsive in the pool at American Family Fitness on Tuesday night. The girl died at an area hospital. Her name hasn’t been released.
Police say the girl was at the club with relatives.
