GRANVILLE, N.Y. (AP) - One person is dead and another is injured after a head-on crash in upstate New York.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says two cars collided at about 10:30 p.m. on Route 22 in Granville, on the Vermont border 58 miles northeast of Albany.
One driver died while being transported to a hospital. The other driver was airlifted to Albany Medical Center and is in stable condition.
Police aren’t releasing the names of those involved until their families are notified.
