CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Police in Cheyenne say a man’s road rage encounter led to him being arrested on suspicion of felony drug and theft charges.

Officers say 34-year-old Jason Dix was seen driving aggressively on Saturday and that he reportedly pointed what looked like a gun at another motorist - an off-duty police officer. The officer gave the vehicle description and license plate number to his on-duty colleagues.

The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports (https://bit.ly/1KolBI3 ) officers went to Dix’s house, where he acknowledged pointing a stun gun at another motorist. Officers spotted some marijuana.

They searched Dix’s house and found 1.5 pounds of marijuana, over a half pound of methamphetamine, two stolen guns and surveillance cameras that had been reported stolen.

Dix is jailed on a $25,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is set for June 1 in Laramie County Circuit Court.
