Severe thunderstorm watch issued for New Jersey

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey faces the risk of powerful thunderstorms.

A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for the entire state until 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Forecasters say the storms could pack wind gusts up to 70 mph and hail.

There is also a risk for tornados.
