HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - A suspect in a Harrisburg homicide is being held in Baltimore after being apprehended by U.S. marshals.
Harrisburg police said an extradition hearing for 22-year-old John McDonald is scheduled Wednesday and that he is expected to be transferred to Harrisburg on Thursday.
Police say officers responded to a report of gunfire in the early morning hours of May 9 and found 31-year-old Todd Dunn dead at the scene.
Harrisburg police have filed a criminal complaint charging McDonald with first-degree murder, harassment, carrying a firearm without a license and possession of a firearm by a former convict.
A police spokesman said they do not know whether he has a lawyer.
