CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - A murder trial has begun for a Laramie County man accused of shooting his wife to death last year.

The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports (https://goo.gl/Ve6ixm ) Ronald T. Zimmerman’s trial for the July 20 death of Teresa Zimmerman began Wednesday. The Burns man pleaded not guilty in October to second-degree murder.

Prosecutors say Zimmerman killed his wife because she was yelling at their grandchildren. He faces 20 years to life in prison if he is convicted.
